The Medicine of Menstruation is best suited for any Woman who desires to reconnect to the Sacred Season of Menstruation. Therefore, as long as you are still within your Menstruating Window as a Woman, you will find value + empowering education found within this Series.
It depends. If you are on Birth Control & see yourself transitioning off within the next 1-2 years, this Series will inspire & reignite the Wisdom that is held within your Womb. However, if you have no desire to transition off Birth Control in the foreseeable future, this probably wouldn't be the best option for you.
While this Series isn't providing any specific medical advice on Menstrual Irregularities, it is sparking the energy + wisdom held within the Womb Space. This can support in regulating & igniting your Menstrual Cycle to return with regularity & Ease. If you are feeling called to this course & desire to heal your Menstrual Cycle from a Physical Lens, I encourage a combination of this series, alongside private coaching or adding a 1:1 VIP session.
